    Jurnal Economic Resource (JER) is an open-access and peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The journal provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and professionals to disseminate research findings and scholarly works related to economics and business.

    JER publishes articles in the fields of Development Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management, Accounting, Business, and other related areas of Economics. Manuscripts may be written in English or Indonesian.

    The journal is published twice a year, in March and September.

    Tentang Jurnal

    Jurnal Economic Resource (JER) merupakan jurnal ilmiah akses terbuka dan peer-reviewed yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Jurnal ini menjadi media publikasi hasil penelitian dan kajian ilmiah dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis, khususnya Ekonomi Pembangunan, Kewirausahaan, Manajemen, Akuntansi, serta bidang terkait lainnya. JER diterbitkan dua kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret dan September, serta menerima naskah dalam Bahasa Indonesia maupun Bahasa Inggris.

    Manuscript Publication Process

    The editorial and publication process from manuscript submission until publication is illustrated below.

    JER Editorial Process
    In short, the editorial process consists of:
    1. Manuscript Submission by the author (Route 1).
    2. Initial Editorial Check and Selection by the journal manager and editors (Route 2). The editorial team may proceed with review, request preliminary corrections, or reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal's scope and editorial requirements.
    3. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening undergo plagiarism/similarity checking before entering the peer-review stage.
    4. Manuscript Peer Review (Routes 3–4).
    5. The editor communicates the editorial decision: accepted, revision required, or rejected based on reviewer recommendations (Route 5).
    6. Authors revise their manuscripts according to reviewers' and editors' comments.
    7. Revised manuscripts are resubmitted and may undergo further evaluation when necessary.
    8. Once the manuscript satisfies the editorial and reviewer requirements, the editor issues the acceptance decision (Route 6).
    9. The accepted manuscript proceeds to copyediting, layout, galley proof, and publication (Routes 7–8).

    Paradoks: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi

    Paradoks: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi memiliki misi untuk menjadi salah satu jurnal terkemuka dalam bidang Ekonomi, Bisnis, dan Akuntansi. Jurnal ini menerapkan proses double-blind peer review dan telah diterbitkan sejak tahun 2018 dengan nomor e-ISSN 2622-6383 .

    Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penerbitan dan Publikasi Ilmiah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Setiap artikel yang dikirimkan akan melalui proses pemeriksaan editorial dan penelaahan oleh mitra bestari. Artikel yang telah diterima akan tersedia secara daring dan dapat diakses secara bebas setelah menyelesaikan proses peer review. Bahasa publikasi yang digunakan adalah Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.

    Editorial and Peer Review Process

    Detailed information about the manuscript workflow, from submission by the author until the final editorial decision, is illustrated in the following figure.

    Editorial and Peer Review Process
    In Short, the Editorial Steps Are:
    1. Manuscript Submission by the author (Route 1).
    2. Manuscript Check and Selection by the journal manager and editors (Route 2). The editors may decide to accept, reject, or proceed with the review process. Prior to further processing, each manuscript is checked for plagiarism using Turnitin.
    3. Manuscript Review Process by reviewers (Routes 3–4).
    4. Editorial Notification regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection, based on reviewers' comments (Route 5).
    5. Manuscript Revision by the author.
    6. Revision Submission based on reviewer suggestions, following the same submission workflow (Route 1).
    7. If the reviewer is satisfied with the revision, the editor issues a notification of acceptance (Route 6).
    8. Galley Proof and Publication Process (Routes 7–8).
