Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analisis Struktur Momen (AMOS) dalam pelatihan dan komitmen organisasi Bidan di Puskesmas di Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Sampel penelitian adalah 243 Bidan yang memiliki tingkat pendidikan kebidanan D3 minimum, bekerja minimal 1 tahun dan di atas 22 tahun. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM AMOS. Model fit ditunjukkan oleh goodness of fit yang baik dan signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator pelatihan yang terdiri dari lingkungan pelatihan, hubungan pelatihan-penghargaan dan metode pelatihan dapat menjelaskan konstruk pelatihan sedangkan indikator organisasi komitmen yang terdiri dari komitmen yang efektif, komitmen normatif dan kontinuitas komitmen dapat menjelaskan konstruk komitmen organisasi. Konstruksi pelatihan juga memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
