Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh quality of work-life dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Alfa Retailindo di Kota Makassar. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode survei kuesioner yang dilakukan pada 84 orang karyawan PT. Alfa Retailindo. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan Software Statistik SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) quality of worklife memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (2) organizational citizenship behavior juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua variabel quality of work-life dan organizational citizenship behavior dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkankinerja karyawan pada PT. Alfa Retailindo.
