Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Green Behavior dengan Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian adalah 115 pegawai tetap PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Green Behavior dan Job Satisfaction. Selain itu, Job Satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Green Behavior serta memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional hijau dan perilaku hijau karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan hijau tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, tetapi juga mendorong perilaku ramah lingkungan di tempat kerja. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam menumbuhkan perilaku hijau melalui keteladanan, motivasi, dan visi berkelanjutan yang jelas. Organisasi tidak hanya perlu menciptakan sistem penghargaan, tetapi juga membangun budaya kerja hijau yang menumbuhkan kepuasan kerja sekaligus memperkuat komitmen karyawan terhadap keberlanjutan.
