Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang peran kelayakan rantai pasok sebagai faktor perantara dalam meningkatkan kinerja operasional industri manufaktur di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam dan praktis bagi industri manufaktur dalam menghadapi tuntutan pasar yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Industri Manufaktur Karawang, Jawa Barat, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 155 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS 4, metode analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji model struktural. Penelitian ini mengusung lima hipotesis, di mana hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa empat hipotesis diterima dan satu hipotesis ditolak, yaitu hubungan antara platform digital dan kinerja operasional. Temuan ini menyoroti peran penting variabel mediasi, khususnya kelayakan rantai pasok, dalam menjelaskan hubungan antara praktik rantai pasok digital dan kinerja operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan signifikan dengan memasukkan kelayakan rantai pasok sebagai mediator kunci, mengungkapkan bagaimana praktik rantai pasok digital dapat mempengaruhi kinerja operasional melalui pengaruh signifikan pada kelayakan rantai pasok. Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya perusahaan memastikan adaptabilitas dan responsivitas jaringan nilai mereka, dengan kelayakan rantai pasok menjadi kunci keberhasilan jangka panjang di tengah dinamika kompleks lingkungan bisnis.
