Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan karyawan, dengan fokus pada peran pelatihan, penggunaan teknologi, faktor keberhasilan, dan strategi implementasi di berbagai sektor. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis data sekunder dari artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan institusi, dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan karyawan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas, keterlibatan, dan kepuasan kerja. Teknologi seperti e-learning dan simulasi berbasis komputer meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan efektivitas program pelatihan. Faktor-faktor seperti budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan juga mempengaruhi keberhasilan pelatihan. Strategi pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan spesifik sektor industri lebih efektif dalam mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya gap terkait adaptasi program pelatihan untuk berbagai jenis organisasi. Implikasi praktisnya adalah perlunya program pelatihan yang komprehensif dan adaptif, sementara implikasi teoretisnya menambahkan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan. Penelitian ini mendorong penelitian lebih lanjut dengan pendekatan empiris untuk menguji strategi pelatihan di berbagai konteks organisasi.
