Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan industri transportasi di Indonesia menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengelola sumber daya manusia secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Maugi Transport. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh populasi karyawan sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kompensasi dan kerjasama tim juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kompensasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemberian kompensasi yang adil serta penguatan budaya kerjasama tim untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bahwa PT. Maugi Transport perlu mengoptimalkan sistem kompensasi dan memperkuat sinergi tim untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan kompetitif di tengah tantangan industri logistik yang dinamis.
